About

Katie Prior (b. 1987) is an emerging artist from Dublin, Ireland. 

Both her figurative and interior works borrow from her collection of vintage and antique vernacular photographs and ephemera. 

Through constructing ambiguous narratives Katie seeks to create images that are familiar to anybody who has flicked through a family album and experienced the tantalizing closeness of a past that remains out of reach.
